The Company Introduction

Our company- Tropical Fish Co. ltd. has produced Natural Stone Coating, Granite Paint and AB elastomeric glue since 1990 and is highly recommended by the building industry especially in the midland of Taiwan. Due to the economy slump in construction industry in 1995, we turn our attention to the folk waterproofing, leakage treatment engineering and heat-proofing. We established a service counter in Hualien in May, 1995 and have been going through deep researches in the techniques of waterproofing and leakage treatment. Also we have been keeping upgrading the producing technology and the quality of the waterproofing materials. At the same time, we have been studied for the managerial standard techniques of all our chains for more than ten years and acquired a significant breakthrough and result, that's why we are still maintaining a favorable comment in waterproofing, heat proofing and leakage treatment engineering today.

Product Development

Our waterproof material began with AB glue in 1991, which we had found the next year that the density, waterproofing, adhesion and weather resistance were not good enough and completely failed on bathroom waterproofing. So the S1 Superior Waterproofing Cement Resin, a high viscosity type was developed. S1 Superior Waterproofing Cement Resin can play the rule as waterproof primer paint or reinforcement for the roof deck, exterior wall, tiled wall, washed granolithic finish and the oxidative floor. Moreover, applied by painting or troweling, there are S11 Superior Waterproofing Cement Resin which can reinforce and seal up the structural cracks. With high water resistant feature, it can be soaked in the water for a long period so is used on the bathroom, water pool and the water tank. The qualities of strong adhesion and plaster compatibility to RC structural for PU resin and AB glue is scarcely comparable to that of the S11 Superior Waterproofing Cement Resin. S11 Superior Waterproofing Cement Resin can prevent wall efflorescence and basement leaking problem with its high density, quick solidification, and the function of countering hydraulic pressure.

There is also a water-base highly-adhesive trowel-type called F1 Sealant. The qualities of high tensility, resistance to shear force, and superior elasticity make it an ideal anti-seismic material for the structural cracks, new and old expansive joints, exterior wall, and the roof deck. The S1/S11 Superior Waterproofing Cement Resin and the F1 Sealant along with our unique application method has been gone through the challenge from the tremendous earthquake came on September 21st, 1999. Among 2,000 clients from Taipei, Ilan, and Hualien, there were only 17 calling for mending. According to this, from November, 2000, we started to release a 3-year warranty repair on seismic mending, which was a pioneering work in the field, and obtained high praised and commend from all our clients.

In 2000 we also promoted painting-type F1-C Superior Waterproofing Cool Resin with high tensility, resistance to shear force, superior elasticity, waterproofing, heat-proofing and anti-efflorescence qualities, which could completely take the place for elastomeric waterproof paint and water-based PU resin. In 2001 the C1 Cooling Paint received a high recognition for its amazing heatproof effect which could reduce the temperature of the interior space to 4-8 oC. In 2002 came out the water-based, nontoxic, and primer-free W1 Woodcare Paint, and the CW1 Color Waterproofing Coating served with customized color and delicate texture so everyone could easily build a European and romantic homeland themselves. In 2008 we develop the EP1-Elastomeric Putty to substitute for the AB glue, which help save the material by 3 times and fasten the work efficiency by 3 times at the same time. In the same year we also brought out the G1 Merry Ground to flatten the ground of shops, warehouses and factories. In 2009 we produced the water-based LT1 Latex Paint for both interior and exterior spaces, which contains high quality, stain-resistance, wear-resistance, nontoxic and non-odor.
