The EP1 Elastomeric Putty is water-based, designed especially for the joining plywood, calcium silicate board and the magnesium oxide board. It is a perfect replacement for the AB glue. The EP-1 Elastomeric Putty possesses a superior elasticity and strong adhesion that it does not crack after dried and can be applied without oil-based paint for primer.
Applicability
The EP1 Elastomeric Putty can be used for mending the cement wall and decorative board, also for strengthening the joints of calcium silicate board, plywood, magnesium oxide board, and the ALC block wall.
Construction
You can apply the EP1 Water-based Elastomeric Putty with the putty knife and plastering trowel.
Instruction
- Before using, stir the EP1 Water-based Elastomeric Putty with the electronic mixer for 5 minutes.
- For materials which have high water absorbability rate, moisten the surface with sprinkling can before application.
- After the application, wet the trowel with water to smoothen the surface. When troweling for mending purpose, the layer should be as thin as possible.
- When not using, store it in the shade. DO NOT expose it under the sun light.
- Seal up the barrelhead completely when not using and store it in the shade. Storage no more than a year is recommended.
